My Internet is not working, can you help me?
More often than not an issue regarding lack of internet access is a problem that can be resolved by your Internet Service Provider. Please give them a call and have them perform diagnostics on your connection before having us do any work on your computer or network.
My computer is running slow!
For best results we recommend bringing the computer in to our shop and having your data backed up and having us reload your operating system to restore the “out-of-box” speed that you are looking for.
I think I downloaded a virus, can you guys remove it?
This is one of the services that must be completed at our shop. We’re located at 6753 Carson St.#B, Lakewood, CA 90807 and we’re open Monday thru Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm and Saturday 10:00am to 2:00pm.
Are you able to fix a broken laptop screen?
We are able to fix most broken laptop screens however we do have to inspect the laptop in person in order to provide an accurate price quote.
My computer won’t turn on and I have pictures and documents on there that are very important to me. Is there any way you can recover those files?
We are able to perform data recovery on most computers. Once the information has been recovered we can put it on your flash drive, external hard drive, or another computer that you have (In select cases where you need less than 4gb of data recovered we are able to put it on a DVD). If the hard drive has been fully damaged we have expert data recovery partners that we can refer you to for further assistance.
I forgot my windows password to log-in to my computer, are you able to recover my password?
We are able to recover your passwords in most cases. We do require you to bring the computer in to our shop for assistance with your password recovery.
